  • Fully Equipped: Our training space comes fully equipped with essential amenities, such as high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and a whiteboard. Also includes:

    • 6 massage table beds

    • 6 stools

    • 6 floor lamps

    • Ring light

    • Camera stand

    • 2 tables

    • 10 chairs

  • Convenient Location: It is located at Lashed Toronto Academy Unit B—637 St. Clair Ave W. The Main intersection is St. Clair Ave W & Wychwood Ave.

  • Parking Options: Street parking is available nearby, and there is a convenient Green P public parking lot on St. Clair Ave W with easy access to our training space.

  • Rental Rates: The rental rate is $500 per weekday and $550 per day on weekends, with an additional $50 cleaning fee to ensure a pristine environment for your training sessions every time. A $250 security deposit is also required, which will be refunded only after an inspection of the space is completed following your rental period. To avoid forfeiting the security deposit, please ensure that the space is left in the same condition as it was before your use.
