How to use Superpowered Powerpuff Bonder:
1. Dispense onto lint-free applicator or micro brush
2. Using lint-free applicator or micro brush, apply directly to the natural lashes or before the beginning of a refill after lash cleanse / bath. Allow for Superpowered Powerpuff Bonder to completely dry before beginning application.
3. Once application of lashes is complete, apply bonder to the lash line / base and let it completely dry before allowing clients to open their eyes.
