Appointment details and instructions below:
Lash Appointments:
It is important that you arrive to your Lash appointment without any eye makeup. This includes: Mascara, Eye Shadow, Liquid Liner, and Eyeliner. You are to avoid getting your Eyelash Extensions wet for 24 hours after the appointment, so it is recommended to shower prior to your appointment.

Body Contouring Appointments:
You should arrive at your Butt Lift appointment in comfortable & loose clothes such as sweatpants or leggings. Disposable panties will be provided. You must not put on any tight pants or undergarments immediately after a Butt Lift session. You should arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out forms and have measurements and before and after photos taken.

Brazilian/Lymphatic Drainage Massage Appointments:
You should always stay hydrated in general, but drinking enough water before getting a lymphatic massage is extra important. Experts suggest you drink about eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily. This can also apply to the amount of water you should have before going to your appointment. Plenty of water in your system will allow detoxification to flow more smoothly. If you're dehydrated, the process will take longer and might be less effective. While you need lots of water before your lymphatic massage, having as little food as possible is also best. If you cannot fast before your appointment, you should try to eat only small snacks or portions. To ensure the detoxification process goes smoothly, you should be prepared to get the body moving a little afterward. We recommend about 10 to 15 minutes of increased breathing. Keep in mind that it doesn't have to be an intense workout. You could go for a little walk outside of the place where you got your massage before going to your car.
Please Note: Getting sick happens to the best of us. If you're feeling under the weather as your appointment is coming up, your sickness could be a sign that your lymphatic system is not working properly, so be sure to reschedule your appointment after you're feeling better.

Pre & Post-Op (MLD) Massage Appointments:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be extremely beneficial to an upcoming plastic surgery procedure. You should have your treatment 24 to 48 hours before surgery. This treatment will help prepare your body’s immune system for the surgery, helping to fortify it against the upcoming trauma. Typically, plastic surgeons recommend that their patients receive anywhere from 2 to 3 sessions per week for up to one month following their surgery (10-20 sessions). Clients booked for pre & post-op massages are not required to bring anything to their appointment other than their fajas, foams, and compressions if required. We will provide everything needed during your appointment to make it as convenient and easy as possible for you on your recovery journey.
Brow Appointments:
You must arrive at your brow appointment without any makeup, as it must be removed. This includes Concealer, Brow Products, Mascara, Eye Shadow, Liquid Liner, and Eyeliner.
Prior to your brow lamination appointment, we recommend the following:
-
Avoid using exfoliants, retinoids, or AHAs on your face for one to two weeks before your brow lamination
-
Avoid tweezing at least one week prior to your appointment (if you’re interested, we do offer the option to add on a brow wax to your lamination appointment)
-
Please come to your appointment without any makeup on your face

LED Teeth Whitening Appointments:
LED light is safer than a laser, and there is less chance of side effects. Using LED light follows the same principle as laser, only that it takes a bit longer due to the light not having any heating properties. The whitening agent itself contains less hydrogen peroxide - about 6% concentration.
We recommend getting your teeth cleaned before coming in for a whitening appointment. Cleaning will remove all built-up plaque from your teeth so that we are just whitening your teeth. We understand that it might not be possible to get a cleaning done beforehand, so keep in mind that when you get your teeth whitened, you will also be whitening plaque, which can affect the results.
You are to avoid drinking tea, soda, wine, coffee and smoking for 24-48 hours after the appointment as they cause staining, which could diminish the service results.
